“My husband and I love this place. I’m not a huge seafood eater, so I usually get a non-seafood dish. Their tallarin saltado is amazing and has the perfect smokey flavor. My husband and his family (all Peruvians) have enjoyed every dish that he’s tried from there. It was one of our go to places while we lived in the area and I’ll surely miss it!”

“Finally got to try this place. It’s only .3 miles from my house in Kearny New Jersey. We sat down at 11:30 AM. It was very quiet but by the end of our meal the restaurant was nearly full. It did take a while for food to come out. But it was well worth the wait. We ordered a tamale, octopus ceviche, and pork chops. Everything was excellent. This restaurant is slightly pricier than most but well worth it. The ceviche it was fresh and tasty and satisfying. Exactly what I was looking for. This restaurant is formally Thistle. They’ve done a good job freshening up the place. I highly recommend eating here. Being nosy, I noticed multiple tables ordering the mixed seafood ceviche. It looked amazing. I’ll definitely be back for more.”
